Central African Republic Post through Stamperjia Company has issued a special Stamp sheet printed on Wood Paper Featuring a Chinese Painting from the epic story - Lu Bu courts Diaochan in Fengyi Pavilion (Romance of the 3 kingdoms). Two varieties of the stamp sheet was issued - A perf and a imperf version.
