SingPost issued a special set of stamps to commemorate “1960: National Day” on 1 July 2015. 

This stamp features the Singapore State Flag comprising of two equal horizontal sections.

The colour red in the upper section of the Singapore Flag epitomizes universal brotherhood and the equality of man, while the colour white in the lower section embodies pervading and everlasting purity and virtue. 

The crescent moon in the upper left red section of the flag represents a rising young country. The five stars arranged in a circle beside the crescent moon stand for democracy, peace, progress, justice and equality. 

The 2 stamp Collector Sheet in a folder is printed using Offset Lithography on Silk Fabric by Cartor Security Print. There are 3 different type of Collector sheets printed - one above in the folder, the other one with a number printed on it and the third type with a number printed on it along with 2 two stamps that are imperforated.
