Iraq 2019 International Flower Festival 3D Stamp with Transparent Vinyl Lens

Iraq Post to commemorate the International Flower Festival in Baghdad has issued a special sheet featuring a Bouquet of Flowers with a transparent Vinyl Lens giving a special 3D depth to the picture.
The stamps does show some diffraction of light when tilted. Similar to the ones issued in 2018 (Poet) and 2020 (Mother of Sorrows Church and Christmas)
