Netherlands 2023 Dutch Car Brands - DAF 600 Silver Stamp

Post NL has issued another Silver Stamp to commemorate the Dutch Car Brand - DAF 600, a small passenger car equipped with a two-cylinder 590cc boxer engine and a revolutionary automatic transmission, the Variomatic. The car was produced only for six years from 1958 to 1963.

The Stamps is enclosed in a special folder to prevent any oxidation of the Silver Stamp.

Oman 2018 Traditional Horse Racing - Ardhah with Augmented Reality Stamps

Oman Post to commemorate ‘Al Ardah’ day, meaning the ‘day of the Camel and Horse Racing festival’ in Arabic, people gather around the racecourse to watch shows by horse and camel riders that reflect their riding skills. Traditional arts such as ‘Hanbal’, a singing group routine of horse and camel riders entering the ‘Ardah’ field which is an art associated with many social occasions in Omani society and is an integral part of Omani culture reflecting people’s devotion to the care of animals. 

Currently I have the horse Ardhah stamp and awaiting the availability of the Camel Ardhah mini sheet for sale. The stamps of the Horse Ardhah minisheet shows varnish printing and gold foil printing.

The videos can be seen using the OMAN Stamps App from the App Store of your mobile phone (Sadly as of today date it did not work on my iphone else I would have posted a video demo of the same that it works as described)

Vietnam 2018 National Treasures - Bronze Limited Edition Stamps with Embossing

Vietnam Post to commemorate the National Treasures of Vietnam promoting a number of Bronze artifacts in Vietnamese Museums introducing 

- the bronze belt buckle set

- Hop Minh bronze jar

- Nui Nua short sword

- Bronze lamp shaped like a kneeling person.

The limited edition stamp are imperforate and printed with embossing to give a raised feeling when touched on art paper.

Since these stamps are my first Unusual stamps from Vietnam, I would like to introduce it to my fellow collectors. Looking for more unusual stamps from that country.
