Indonesia 2026 Wayang Puppets - Stamps on Silk Sheetlet

Indonesian Post has issued a special sheetlet with 5 stamps printed on Silk titled "Wayang Puppets" commemorating the Indonesian Shadow Puppets. The stamps feature puppet characters of the Mahabharata epic - Yudhistira,  Bhima, Arjun, Nakula and Sadewa with a Cinderella stamp on the Sheetlet.

The stamps are printed with varnish type raised printing and Gold embossed hand puppet printed on the selvage of the silk souvenir sheet.

My stamp sheets are numbered 0769/3000

The Wayang Puppets folder also features the Overpint of the 2012 Indonesia World Stamp Exhibition sheet with a leather puppet piece printed on the 20000 IDR stamp.

Liechtenstein 2026 Music Songs from the Attic Vinyl Disc Form Stamp

Liechtenstein Post has issued a special Stamp in the form of a Vinyl disc - with a playable disc music featuring the traditional song “S'isch egal” (meaning “it doesn’t matter”).

Due to the thin nature of the stamp record, special instructions were given by Liechtenstein Post when playing the stamp record on the Disc player

1. Place a record on the turntable - First, place a regular record on the turntable. This serves as a stable base for the stamp record.

2. Stamp record - Then carefully place the stamp record on top of the regular record

3. Place the needle - Gently lower the tonearm onto the stamp – and a short excerpt of the song “S’isch egal” by “The PEPS” will play.

China Post has issued a special set of 12 Stamps on a Sheetlet printed on Xuan (Rice) Paper titled "Ancient Chinese Calligraphy - Running Script". Stamps printed on normal paper was also issued.

China Post has issued a special Sheetlet printed on Silk Paper with 4 uncut Souvenir sheet titled Portrait of Zhang Qian, a special administrator/foreign affairs official from the Han Dynasty  (140 BCE). Normal Paper stamps on a souvenir sheet was also issued.
