Correos Del Ecuador (Equador Post), to commemorate the bicentennial anniversary of Ecuador's first declaration of independence from Spain in 2009, has issued a special stamp made of cork with a ink feather quill to depict the signing of the declaration of independence.

Ecuador 2010 South Africa World Cup Miniature sheet with 3D Anaglyph stamp

Ecuador Post has issued a miniature sheet having a stamp featuring Zakumi the official mascot of the World Cup Football Championship which was held in South Africa in 2010.

The miniature sheet features a giraffe, lion and an elephant along with an image of the football which will be used during the world cup. The miniature sheet has been printed as a 3 dimensional anaglyph image which can be best viewed special glasses with red and blue lenses for 3D viewing. Also security printing using invisible ink 'CORREOS DEL ECUADOR' which can be seen when viewed under UV light around the foot ball area.
