Netherlands Post on the occasion of Valentines Day has issued a special Surprise stamps with scratch off printing with different wishes printed on the stamp

On the edge of the sheet, the 'secret' messages are mentioned next to each stamp. The 10 messages from which the (anonymous) sender can choose are: write me, I love you, I think of you, I miss you, just like that, greetings, see you soon, xxx-jes, joke and when ?.

Portugal 2003 150th Anniversary of First Portuguese Stamp with hologram 

Issue Date 23 September 2003

CTT Portugal issued a souvenir sheet to commemorate the  the 150th Anniversary of the first Portuguese stamp. The long stamp with the hologram on the souvenir sheet depicts Queen D. Maria II with the Portuguese Mint building in the background. Both Francisco de Borja Freire’s signature and the master tool (a 25 reis coin with the Queen’s profile) for embossing the first stamp are also featured on the sheet. The hologram stripe across the stamp within the souvenir sheet has six CTT Portuguese Post Authority Emblems, with the one on the left side being the first one used and the one on the right side the current symbol.

Gambia 1999 Princess Diana "A World of Peace and Understanding" 

Issue date - 31 December 1999 

As part of the Millenium series of Photomosaic Stamps featuring Princess Diana issued by many countries celebrating the end of the Millenium, this sheet of stamps features the mosaic of Princess Diana. The photomosaic sheet contains small pictures of flowers which together makes the larger picture of the face of Princess Diana.

The Gambia souvenir sheets features the sentence "A World of Peace and Understanding".

Each sheet utilizes the technique of  "Photomosaics", which is a method of arranging thousands of tiny photographs that when viewed from a distance, combine to form a single larger image, the picture of the face of Princess Diana.

The sheets commemorate both the Millennium and the remembrance of the life of Diana, Princess of Wales.

The nine countries which have issued the photomosiacs are: The Dominica, Gambia, Grenada, Guyana, Micronesia, Nevis, Sierra Leone, St. Vincent, and Zambia.

The sheets measures a large 6½" x 9¾" and all were issued on December 31, 1999.

They are titled

Dominica - "A World of Sharing"

Gambia - "A World of Peace & Understanding",

Grenada - "A World Where Children are Treasured",

Guyana -"A World of Tolerance & Understanding",

Nevis - "A World Where Children Can Learn & Grow",

Micronesia - Numbered 62293,

St.Vincent - "A World Free of Poverty, A World for Rich and Poor",

Zambia - "A Future Free of Hunger & Want",
