Austria 2008 – Football – Round stamp made of synthetic mix of Polyurethane
Austrian Post Office issued a stamp on 12 March 2008 made of the same original material as the UEFA European Championship ball – a synthetic mix with polyurethane. The 69cm ball has been shrunk to just 36mm and 490,000 of the special stamps have been made.
