Iraq Post to commemorate the Iraqi Poet Mudhafar Al-Nawab has issued a special Souvenir sheet featuring a photograph of the Poet printed on a special sheet with a transparent Vinyl lens giving a special 3D depth to the picture. Some of the sellers put description of the stamps as 3D holographic foil.
