Updating some stamps in my collection

Netherlands 2024 Dutch Aircraft - Fokker F.XVIII Silver Stamp

Issue date 08 April 2024

Post NL has issued a Silver Stamp to commemorate the Dutch Aircraft Brand - Fokker DR-1 - the famous World War I triplane, also known as the Red Baron's plane. The Fokker DR-1 war plane. made by aircraft pioneer Anthony Fokker, laid the foundation for the future Dutch aircraft industry.

The Stamps is enclosed in a special folder to prevent any oxidation of the Silver Stamp.

Netherlands 2024 Dutch Aircraft - Fokker F.XVIII Silver Stamp

Post NL has issued another Silver Stamp to commemorate the Dutch Aircraft Brand - Fokker F.XVIII, a three-engine passenger aircraft. KLM made its first flight across the Atlantic Ocean in 1934 with the Fokker F.VXIII, nicknamed 'Snip'.

The Stamps is enclosed in a special folder to prevent any oxidation of the Silver Stamp.

Malaysia 2025 Pokemon Holographic Foil Stamps Set

Issue date 21 February 2025

POS Malaysia has issued a special folder set with 10 Stamps of which 5 stamps has been printed with holographic foil to look like cards from the trading card game (TCG), featuring Charizard, Blastoise, the iconic Pikachu from the first games in the franchise and also Venusaur, Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Quaxly, Koraidon, Miraidon, and Pokeball. Each of the Stamps are featured on a souvenir sheet.

Belarus 2025 Woodland Strawberries scented stamps

Belarus Post has issued a set of 2 special stamps featuring the Strawberry plant/fruit printed with special varnish with the aroma of wild strawberries.

This is my first unusual stamps from Belarus. Also a souvenir sheet was issued with the 2 stamps

Curacao 2021 South American Horses - Lusitano Horse Scented Stamp

Curacao Post has issued a set of 6 Stamps featuring South American Horse breeds - Lusitano’ (70c), English thoroughbred (Cat.1), Friesian horse (Cat.2-left), Shire horse (Cat.2-right), Quarter horse (334c), ‘Andalusiër’ (478c), and the ‘Paso Fino’ (746c). 

The 70c Lusitano Stamp has a special varnish which has the scent of the horse. (My wife sniffed, said it has a smell of horse hair and turned away - need to rub the varnish a bit - I smelled a faint smell of it the first time around but it was a huge whiff when the varnish was rubbed) Don't know if the scent will hold after a few years that is if I remember to rub the varnish
