USPS has issued a special booklet of 20 stamps featuring 10 different stamp designs - each stamp will feature a watercolor illustration of two different ice pops on a stick. The stamps will be the first-ever scratch-and-sniff stamps issued by USPS.
The forever stamps is equal to first class mail one ounce mail price.
