Stamp issued by Central African Republique for the 35th Asian International Stamp Exhibition in Macau, it has a special tab with scratch off printing which allowed one to win special stamps for the Exhibition. The Miniature sheet features Chinese coins of good fortune, The Three Stars of Happiness and the 3 Chinese characters (Fu (Prosperity), Lu (Status), Shou (Longevity). The Stamps are odd shaped and has red foil printing.
