Colombia 2020 The 500th Anniversary of the Death of Leonardo da Vinci

Colombia Post to commemorate the 500th Anniversary of the Death of Leonardo da Vinci has issued a special stamp printed on special rubberised Cotton Paper.
The stamps printed by Cartor Security also feature glow in the dark under UV light printing
I received the stamp sheet (No 3837) after 4 months in the mail including inspection by the Colombia Anti Narcotics Department (which is the first for me.. normally customs is the major cause of delay)
