Bhutan 1994 Card Stamp

On 15 August 1994, Bhutan Post issued 2 Credit Card Sized tear - away set of 6 stamps each.
The first set of Credit Card sized tear-away Stamp set featured the Map of Bhutan along with the Bhutan Flag.
The second set of stamps featured the Taktshang monastery along with the Bhutan Flag. Taktshang is the most famous of monasteries in Bhutan. Built in 1692 by the fourth Druk Desi, Gyalse Tenzin Rabgye, it hangs on a cliff at 3120 metres, some 700 metres above the bottom of Paro Valley. The name means "Tiger's Nest", the legend being that Padmasambhava flew there on the back of a tiger. The monastery includes seven temples and can only be reached on foot or by mule.
