Russia 2018 Happy New Year - Snow Maiden 3D - Motion Stamp

Russia Post Marka as part of its Annual Program to celebrate Happy New Year has issued a special 3D Lenticular Motion stamp featuring the Snow Maiden with movement in both her arms when tilted at an angle.
