Latvia 2026 Science Center VIZIUM - Hologram Stamp

Latvian Post has issued a special holographic stamp dedicated to the Science Center VIZIUM in Ventspils, Latvis. This is Latvia’s first holographic stamp, using holographic technology to display two different visual layers depending on the viewing angle.
One layer shows the exterior of the VIZIUM building, while the other represents the scientific, educational and technological world inside the center.
