France 2026 Jean de La Fontaine's fables Crypto Stamps with Holographic foil Printing

La Poste France to commemorate Jean de La Fontaine's most iconic collection of fables has issued a special folder set of 4 Crypto stamps depicting scenes from four of his iconic French adaptations of Eastern and Western Fables  - 

The Crow and the Fox (Le Corbeau et le Renard) - A cunning fox flatters a vain crow into opening its beak to sing, stealing the crow's piece of cheese

The Grasshopper and the Ant (La Cigale et la Fourmi) - A carefree grasshopper who sings all summer begs food from a hardworking ant in winter, highlighting the value of foresight and labor.

The Tortoise and the Hare (Le Lièvre et la Tortue) - • A boastful hare loses a race to a slow, steady tortoise, proving that persistence beats arrogance.

The Wolf and the Lamb (Le Loup et l'Agneau) - • A brutal demonstration of power where a wolf finds unjust excuses to consume a helpless lamb, showing that "the reason of the strongest is always best."

and finally the 5th NFT obtained from the back of the Folder Set the animated NFT of The Lion and the Rat - La Fontaine's French adaptation of Aesop's Fable of the Lion and the Mouse.

The #NFTimbre9 Packs contain numbers 1001 to 5000. My Stamps has the same number 004 574.

The Stamp sheet has holographic foil printing on the title "Les fables de La Fontaine" while the Stamp has "8€" , "France" and the "NFT" hexagonal symbol printed with holographic foil.

The Stamp also has a QR code which when scanned with a smartphone camera links to an animated NFT with sound.
