Japan 2018 Year of the Dog Lottery Stamp

As part of the Annual Lottery held by Japan Post, a special stamp was issued featuring a Dog character and the stamp had a special "Bone" perforation. This stamp was part of winning the 3rd prize in the lottery issued through a numbered postcard. When the stamp was held at an angle a holographic print of flowers can be seen.
