Bolivia 1986 Bob Sled Calgary 1988 on Tin Foil Miniature Sheet

A special tin foil stamps on a Miniature Sheet. featuring Hans Stanggassinger and Franz Wembacher (Germany) winners of the Gold Medal of the two person Luge competition at the Sarajevo 1984 Winter Olympics and training for another win at the Calgary 1988 Winter Olympics, was issued by Bolivia Postal Authorities.
One of the stamps featured on the miniature sheet was a stamp on a stamp issued in 1978 on the Mountain Illimani and the other stamp on stamp featuring the Bolivian Coat of Arms Stamp issued in 1974
